What are your refund, return, and exchange policies?
Returns
All sales are final. No exceptions. Due to the nature of the product sold it would be impractical to accept returns once an item has been shipped.
Refunds
All sales are final. No refund requests will be accepted after your order has been fulfilled. Your order shall be considered fulfilled upon completion of both of the following conditions:
1) The order has been packaged for shipment; and
2) we have printed a shipping label for your package.
Only refund requests received before your order has been fulfilled will be accepted. All refund requests are received at the time of transmission of your email.
To initiate a refund request, send an email to info@terpenearts.com advising of your refund request and include your order number in the subject line. If you have any question(s) regarding the above, please email your question(s) to info@terpenearts.com
Shipping
OCTA maintains every effort to ship your order within three business days of receiving it, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST may be shipped the following day. During busy periods or if your item is not in stock, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to ship. If it takes more than 5 business days for our order to ship for any reason, you will be notified via email. Once the order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email.
Exchanges
All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please notify us by sending an email to info@terpenearts.com advising of your replacement request and include your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please provide:
1) the number of damaged or defective item(s) received;
2) a brief description of the condition in which the item(s) arrived; and
3) any tracking information for the return package to us.
If possible, please attach a picture of the damaged or defective item(s) to the email.

If you are shipping an item over $75 back to us, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and shipment with tracking information. We assume no responsibility for items shipped to us in connection with a replacement and/or exchange request while in transit.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All item(s) must be shipped back to us in full compliance with IATA, DOT 49CFR, and all other applicable regulations. We strongly recommend shipping via a local hazmat shipping provider.
If you receive a replacement item, the package will include an invoice for any return shipping costs incurred by us and payable as indicated on the invoice. Delivery dates for replacement items will vary based on your location.

What is your shipping policy and is shipping free?
All shipping is free in the continental United States.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes! OCTA happily ships anywhere in the world. Please contact my staff through our contact page with your order. We will process the order offline, provide an international shipping quote, collect payment, and ship your order.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes! To verify wholesale status, please set up an account and upload your resale certificate. Once verified, we will honor your wholesale status in our system.
Are your products safe?
Yes. OCTA adheres to the same high-quality standards and manufacturing practices used across the food-grade flavoring industry. Our ingredients are sourced from five primary GMP-certified chemical companies used by all other domestic terpene companies. We track all raw materials and log batches and lot numbers for incoming and outgoing materials. We use only FEMA/GRAS (food grade generally recognized as safe) botanical-based terpenes and flavor molecules in our products. Products are personally formulated in client-specific batches and then tested to ensure consistent flavor profiles for an exceptional customer experience.
Are your products commercial or consumer grade?
All OCTA products are commercial-grade formulations that are intended for professional use only by experienced CPG manufacturers. They are NOT labeled for resale or meant for consumer-level use.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Terpenes are ever evolving and changing once mixed. The flavor profile will continue to change the longer the blend sits. Customers are encouraged to order what they need and order more frequently to ensure optimal freshness. Strain specific profiles will last an average of 6-8 months while fruit and dessert flavors will begin to change after about 3-4 months. ALL terpene blends will slowly denature over time resulting in an increase of residual solvents. Use after 1 year is not recommended.
Do you make custom flavors?
Yes! For over a decade my business and reputation have been built on the creation of exclusive custom flavors. Creating that perfect flavor that aligns with my customer’s imagination is the core of what I do. Feel free to reach out in the contact section and tell me what you need.
What do your products taste like?
OCTA’s products taste amazing and are created to be the most faithful representations of what nature does so perfectly. That said, flavor and taste are very personal and subjective things. At the end of the day the best flavor is the one YOU like. There is no right or wrong, correct or incorrect. If you haven’t explored what I do, I implore you to do so!! My job is to blow your mind. Good enough is never good enough and caring about what you do costs zero dollars and makes 100% of the difference!
Can you make master formulations and edibles flavoring?
Yes! If you need assistance creating a master formula for a beverage, edible or vape product just ask. My background as a chef and formulator for cosmetics/food and beverage can more than likely get you where you need to be. I can also offer any flavor blend in a format suitable for beverages or high temperature applications such as gummy production.
